- Safe 50-50 Payment Milestone: We never charge 100% upfront. You pay 50% advance to start design and content writing, and the final 50% only after you review and approve your live website.
2. InSites AI Website Helper: Data Processing & Usage
Our website features the InSites AI Website Helper, an automated digital assistant designed to help you choose the right website package, understand delivery timelines, and connect with our team on WhatsApp.
- Processing Method: When you send a question to the AI Helper, the query is transmitted securely over HTTPS to our backend service. Requests are processed securely using AI strictly to provide relevant package recommendations and answers.
- No Financial Data Collection: The AI Helper never asks for credit card numbers, bank accounts, or payment passwords. All payments are handled directly and securely through official bank UPI or verified invoices.
- Quality & Audit Logs: Anonymized interaction logs may be reviewed to improve package recommendations and ensure our system continues to provide clear, helpful guidance to Indian local business owners.
3. Confidential Information Advisory: Avoid Sharing Passwords
Please never submit passwords, banking OTPs, debit/credit card numbers, or confidential business secrets into the chat widget or website forms. InSites team members will never ask for your personal banking passwords or OTPs.

- Third-Party Model Training: Scraping or harvesting content from InSites.in for commercial dataset aggregation or external AI model training is expressly forbidden without explicit written authorization.

When you hire InSites to build your business website:
- Client Assets: All photographs, logos, rate cards, doctor credentials, and business descriptions sent to us via WhatsApp or email are used exclusively to build, launch, and maintain your official website.
- No Data Resale: We never sell, rent, or trade your business details or customer contact information to third-party telemarketers or advertisers.
- Domain Ownership: If you provide registrar access for connecting a custom domain (.com or .in), we use your credentials solely to configure DNS records and launch your site. You retain 100% legal ownership of your domain name.
